Terms and Conditions

1.0 Customers
You must be aged over 18 years and capable of entering into a contract. You must supply proof of age on request.

2.0 Representation of products
2.1 The Bespoke Brewing Co. Limited reserves the right to alter without notice prices of products and conditions of sale before you place an order. Please note product shades and shapes may vary.
2.2 Certain items have been used for photographic purposes.

3.0 Payment
3.1 Payment must be made in full by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Delta/Connect, or Maestro) or by PayPal, prior to dispatch of your order. In the event of non-authorisation of payment we will contact you to advise and take alternative method of payment. We do not accept liability for any losses or costs incurred or sustained by customers who transmit credit or debit card information.

4.0 Delivery
4.1 Delivery will be by national carrier. It will usually be with you within 4 – 5 working days from receipt of an order, excluding any events that are beyond our reasonable control.
4.2 Deliveries will be made to mainland UK only.
4.3 All products must be signed for by an adult (aged 18 years or over) on delivery and if no one is at the address when the delivery is attempted, and no delivery instructions have been received, the products will be retained by the driver. The driver will leave notification of attempted delivery and customers can telephone to rearrange for the driver to return at a later time.

5.0 Returns policy
5.1 Return of bottles. Within 28 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund. Some of our products are fragile. While every care will be taken to deliver the goods safely, inevitably some breakages may occur. In this event we will replace the damaged goods or, if you prefer, give you a full refund. Please note all returned parcels must be sent back using recorded delivery. We will not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged during their return, or postal or other costs incurred when returning goods unless the items were faulty when we supplied them to you and a receipt of your postage costs is included. Please provide us with the reason for the return. Please send the package to Returns, Bespoke Brewing Co, The Mews, Mitcheldean, Gloucestershire, GL17 0SL.

5.2 Due to the nature of cask beer, once bright the lifespan for such products is limited to within 5-7 days. Please call 01454 299592 for advice/to register a problem regarding these products.

6.0 Limitation of liability
6.1 We shall not be liable to pay any compensation to you, other than any refund as provided above. In particular, but without limitation, we shall not be liable to you for loss of profit, damage to goodwill or any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any damage, defect, negligence or other failing on our part.
6.2 Nothing in these terms shall limit any rights you may have as a customer which are not capable of being lawfully excluded or limited, nor shall it exclude or restrict our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

7.0 Intellectual property
No permission is given by us in respect of the reproduction or use for commercial or detrimental purposes of any brand names, registered trademarks, product names, designs or any other material shown on or connected with our website.

8.0 Governing law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and all parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
