Tour and Tasting

Join a member of our brew team as they go through the history and development of the brewery, the brewing industry and current trends.

You’ll then have the chance to go through to the brew house, where you’ll learn how we develop our award winning ales, gaining an insight in to how we select hops for aroma and bitterness and the malts that give our beers their famous depth and flavour. Your tour doesn’t finish there, you can come and join us for a chance to sample our most famous ales and as a reminder of your experience, we’ll give you some beer and a glass to take home and enjoy

Brewery Experience Day

The ultimate experience for any home-brewer or those wanting to experience how the brewery functions from the start of the process, right to the point of fermentation.

Our Brewery Experience Day starts with a breakfast and coffee as the brew of the day is explained. The day will see you spend the entire day with Head Brewer Steve Williams as you learn, experience and be involved in a beer adventure. The day finishes off in The Brewery Tap, our very own pub, where you will have a chance to drink the beers, chat to Steve about all the aspects of brewing and get any tips you may need for your own brewing! Don’t worry, you will leave with a case of beer, a goodie bag and as much knowledge as you can take.

Cost - £100pp or 2 people for £150. Maximum of 4.
Time – 8am – 5pm

Taste of Gloucestershire

Want to sample the delights of Gloucestershire, of course you do! The Taste of Gloucestershire gives you an opportunity to sample the food and drink of the region without the travel.

You will start with a tour of Bespoke Brewery by the brew team, where you will learn about the brew process, history of the brewery and everything that goes in to creating our award-winning beers. You will then head to The Brewery Tap for a good sampling and tasting of our range of beers. You will then be fed by our amazing foodies James and Glyn who will be doing their famous BBQ, featuring some of the tastiest cuts of meat, vegetarian dishes and salads. It doesn’t end there though, James McCrindle, Chairman of The Three Counties Cider Association and award-winning judge will be offering you a selection of his award-winning ciders and perrys that he creates only a few miles away. After all that ale, food and cider you may think enough is enough, but the bar is now open and the night is still young.

The Brewery Tap offers a wonderful candle-lit atmosphere for group dining. With our brew team giving you an informative 90 minute tour and tasting session, what could be better than retiring to The Brewery Tap for supper. Our experienced catering team, will support your group dining options by providing any of the following;

  • Formal Dining
